The 2025 Property Owner Meeting at the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett on Wednesday, October 1st featured a welcome from CID Board Chair Brand Morgan, remarks from the Chairwoman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners Nicole Love Hendrickson, updates on the CID from Executive Director Alyssa Davis, and news from President and CEO of the Gas South District Stan Hall. This event marks the 5th annual celebration of the work of the CID, supported by our property owners, elected officials, partners, and other stakeholders. We appreciate their investment and collaboration in continuing to make Sugarloaf more connected, safe, and attractive.

We’d like to thank the staff at the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett for a seamless event and the giveaway of the one-night stay and breakfast for two at the hotel. We also extend thanks to the Gas South District team for the audio-visual assistance and parking support for the event.
