Sugarloaf CID welcomes our newest Board Members, Jerry Queen with A&D Foods and Fraser Gough with Retail Planning Corporation.
At the April 2025 Board Meeting and Caucus of Electors, Jerry Queen was unanimously elected to Post 1, formerly held by Joe Macrina, Executive Vice President at CHA Consulting, Inc.
Jerry Queen is the Vice President of A&D Foods / Eastern Star and AAA Properties. Jerry has over 20 years of experience in leading and managing supply chain, including full-cycle plant and warehouse operations and logistics. Opened in 1994, A&D Foods produces, imports, and delivers fine food products, like black tiger shrimp and eel.

With a wide range of plate proteins from around the world, the company serves over 5,000 clients per week, from Metro Atlanta to 21 other states. The company also provides restaurants with the resources needed to be successful, like dry goods and catering supplies.

Fraser Gough was unanimously elected to Post 5, formerly held by Jim Ezell, who retired from Retail Planning Corporation as the Executive Vice President. Gough will also serve as the Sugarloaf CID Vice Chairman.
Fraser is the Executive Vice President for Retail Planning Corporation (RPC). He has over 25 years of experience in all facets of retail property. He joined RPC in March 2007 and is now responsible for the day-to-day operations of Retail Planning Corp, including overseeing leasing, property management, and accounting. RPC manages and leases over 5 million square feet of retail properties throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Previously, Fraser was the Vice President of Leasing for the company, overseeing the leasing efforts.

We also welcome Brian Smith, the new CID Secretary, who serves as the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development with Brand Properties. Brian was elected at the February 2025 Board Meeting. You can read his Board Spotlight here.
