SPLOST Projects around Sugarloaf Mills

Project Goal

These projects, funded by the Gwinnett County SPLOST, will improve pedestrian connectivity in the area around Sugarloaf Mills mall. Projects include:

  • Sugarloaf Parkway Multi-use Path Extension (N. Brown to Sugar Valley)
  • Sugarloaf Parkway from North Brown to Park & Ride entrance
  • Construction of a staircase connecting the Park and Ride Lot (from N. Brown Rd) to the Sugarloaf Mills parking lot

Project Quick Facts

The CID identified critical gaps in the sidewalk network that were selected for funding by Gwinnett County’s SPLOST Citizen Project Selection Committee.
