Improve the walkability of the CID with multi-use paths, street furniture, lighting, and other enhancements. These amenities will make the district more attractive and comfortable for pedestrians as more people are looking for areas to walk for exercise and as a way to get around without having to get in the car. Streetscaping also contributes to creating a sense of place for our community.
Streetscaping will improve walkability with pedestrian improvements along the district’s major corridors.
Streetscaping concepts have been created. Projects can be completed with the expansion of the CID to add new properties to our boundaries.
