Improving pedestrian connectivity between both sides of I-85 has been a priority of the Sugarloaf CID since the CID formation in 2016. The need for a sidewalk on the north side of Sugarloaf Parkway between Satellite Boulevard and North Brown Road was identified by the Sugarloaf CID and construction is being funded by the Gwinnett County SPLOST program.
