Sugarloaf Parkway Widening from Satellite Boulevard to Meadow Church Road

The purpose of the project is to improve the traffic flow and operation of Sugarloaf Parkway between Meadow Church Road and Satellite Boulevard including access to the Gas South Arena. Sidewalks will also be added along Sugarloaf Parkway to fill any gaps and to improve pedestrian mobility.

Improvements include the following:

• A third through travel lane in both directions
• New traffic signal just north of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce
• Intersection improvements at Sugarloaf Parkway and Meadow Church Road, including dual lefts from Meadow Church onto Sugarloaf
• Installation of new concrete sidewalk and drainage improvements
